Effective November 2, 2026
St. Louis Crane Rental ("we", "us") is operated by AJ Freight Services LLC. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
When you submit the quote form we collect the details you enter: name, phone, email, job location, preferred date, a description of the lift and your contact preference. We also see basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you visit.
We use your details to respond to your request and to pass it to independent crane operators so they can contact you with a quote. We may follow up with you about your request. We do not sell your information to advertisers.
Your request is shared with the crane operator or operators who may quote your job. We also use service providers that process form submissions, host this website or measure traffic. They may use your data only to provide those services.
By giving us your phone number you agree that we and the operators we refer you to may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask to stop at any time by replying STOP or telling the person who contacts you.
We keep request details for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us through the form on this site and mentioning "privacy request".
We may use cookies or similar tools to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
This site is for businesses and adults and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top.
